Inspirations of Style
I must admit I own a bunch of watches but rarely does one ever make it onto my wrist. These days when most people need to check the time they tend to look at their cell phone & I follow that trend. This year I am going to make it my goal to wear all my watches, maybe not everyday but more often for sure – it’s a pain to remove it before yoga & remember to put it back on before running back to work!
My most unique watch is my white fur with pave diamonds I found at Bloomingdales SOHO. It’s by Splash and while I have worn it to a few Christmas parties I am terrified to dirty that snow white color fur!
My husband loves his watches and he too has a “Wish List” which consists of various very expensive and more moderately priced pieces, aka I refer back to this list when birthdays, anniversaries & Christmas rolls around! I am going to take my cue from him and find some beautiful women’s watches that will work with everyone’s wardrobe & wallet!
I know gold-tone is in & I really do love the Michael Kors Mid-size Bradshaw Chronograph Watch at $250. If you go gold, in my opinion you should go classic, otherwise it just looks tacky & fake.
If you are anything like me then you love everything & anything from the ultimate classic jewelry store Tiffany & Co. and can appreciate this amazing 18K white gold, mother of pearl & diamond Atlas cocktail watch, but the price tag of $25,400 is not & will most likely not be in my future budget so if you can afford this glamour watch, I’m jealous of you!

Maybe you like your accessories to be playful with a colorful watch by New York & Company at under $20 bucks it comes in 5 colors!
If you love the look of a traditional and timeless piece then you can never go wrong with a Fossil watch for just around $100. I really like this leather strap watch in a neutral, how can you go wrong?

Since I don’t wear a watch daily I prefer the slimmer faced & not so bulky watches but some outfits can really handle a big & bold watch! Its all about having fun with your accessories & a watch can really finish your outfit so start experimenting & have fun!
Oh Look at the Time! Until next time….
